Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Canberra team and lead a complex, enterprise-wide Project for the Department of Defence. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project delivery from inception to completion, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that projects meet quality standards and client expectations. Duties will also include risk management, reporting, and facilitating effective communication within the project team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum NV1 Security Clearance
  • Project Management skills including managing timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Experience in stakeholder coordination and communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide cyber and cloud transformations.
  • Strong understanding of Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration, M365 adoption, and ICT program delivery.
  • Ability to manage dependencies and drive outcomes across diverse technical and business teams.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade security and cryptographic solutions.
  • Ability to manage dependencies and drive secure delivery practices across diverse technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with Defence or Government ICT environments and classified information domains is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Canberra
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are a plus.
