Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance overall online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and traffic.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve site issues.
• Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Build and manage link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven SEO experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and structured data markup.
• Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO strategies.
• Experience with content marketing and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
