  • You will have a minimum 1 year supervising or managing experience.
  • You inspire teams to perform to the highest standards, motivated, and always leads by example
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment, able to adapt well to difficult situations resolving issues in an empathetic and professional manner
  • You have a Customer Service mindset, enthusiastic, engaging and keen to provide customers with an Amazing experience.
  • Technical knowledge looked on favourably but not critical.
  • You have flexibility in working hours

YOUR DUTIES

  • Manage a team of casual game masters
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Train and mentor game masters and maintain high staff satisfaction
  • Ensure the venue operations runs smoothly including timely repairs, maintaining cleanliness, ordering of supplies and replacements and appropriate staff rostering
  • Enable, facilitate and action marketing strategies
  • Liaise with owners, head office and service providers with on games, repairs and other issues
  • Administer financials ensuring timely payment of bookings, reconciliations, staff cost ratios and reporting.
  • First point of contact for operational issues
