Job Description
Our Personal Injuries team is committed to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients. We're now seeking a full-time permanent Legal Assistant to join our Brisbane-based team, working across multiple virtual teams that are not defined by geography.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a bespoke mix of responsibilities, combining task-based work with meaningful client support. You'll collaborate closely with our specialised onboarding team and specialist paralegal team, helping to deliver a seamless experience for our clients and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming client communications with empathy and professionalism
- Diary and file management across virtual teams
- Preparing correspondence, court documents, and briefs of evidence
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across a dynamic, multi-team environment

Qualifications
Whether you're a law student or an experienced Legal Assistant, we welcome applicants with a background in plaintiff or defendant law, ideally within Personal Injuries.
We're looking for someone who:
- Communicates clearly and compassionately with clients and colleagues
- Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, virtual team environment
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and legal systems
Enjoys working across diverse teams with tailored responsibilities
