About the Position
Please note: This is a part time position 2 days per week (Work days are Wednesday & Thursday)
As the face of our Ludmilla Community Services Hub, the Receptionist provides professional, culturally respectful, and friendly front of office phone and face to face reception and administration services.
You be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
- Providing professional, culturally respectful, and friendly front of office phone and face to face reception and administration services
- Welcoming clients, staff, visitors, and the general public
- Making travel, vehicles, room, and accommodation bookings
- Creating purchase orders and preparing invoices
- Provide information and manage queries.
- Coordinate use and maintenance of facilities.
This role will also be responsible for providing additional coverage/reception assistance to backfill other reception staff leave and training requirements where required.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must provide 100 points of identification to confirm Australian citizenship or eligibility to work in Australia; possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a current National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a valid NT driver's licence.
Experience of working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture would be considered an advantage.
