About the Role
Are you ready to lead and innovate in the pharmaceutical industry? At GSK, we're looking for a dynamic Senior Brand Manager (SBM) to spearhead the marketing efforts for one of our key Haematology products. This is your opportunity to drive long-term business growth and make a significant impact.
Your role will be varied and will include:
- Building and executing marketing strategies and initiatives for a newly launched GSK Haematology product to drive long-term growth.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan aligned with brand strategy.
- Leading a cross-functional team to execute the business strategy with excellence, with line manager responsibility for 1 FTE
- Creating valuable digital content for HCPs using data-driven insights.
- Collaborating with Medical on KOL engagement and educational initiatives.
About you
To be successful in the role, you will need a strong background in omni-channel marketing and digital campaigns, combined with pharmaceutical industry knowledge and a customer-focused approach. You will be adept at achieving targets, building relationships, and executing strategies to perfection. Ideally, you will have experience within Haematology or Oncology.
You'll also:
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Business or Science (preferred).
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Be knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical industry, including competitors and market trends.
