Role Summary:The Order Fulfilment Associate plays a vital role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient order fulfilment, including picking and packing of orders.

Pickers will handle approximately 250 orders per day, with each order containing 2-5 products in average.

At the start of the day, pickers will receive pick slips containing numerical information indicating product locations. As they walk through the aisles, they will collect the items and organize them into baskets for packers to process. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are essential, as well as a positive attitude and teamwork skills.

We value flexibility and the ability to work effectively across different roles. Based on skills and performance, there may be opportunities to receive additional training in packing and returns management. Packers will be carefully folding and neatly packing items, as attention to detail is crucial to the customer experience. The role also encompasses processing returns and maintaining data accuracy within our warehouse management system.

Working Conditions:

  • Comfortable, casual footwear is recommended due to the physical demands of the role.
  • Willingness to work during the busy December and January periods is important, though we are closed on public holidays and weekends.
