Forklift Operator/storeperson

We are looking for experienced forklift drivers to provide additional warehouse support initially on a casual basis. There is future potential to play a bigger role in better servicing our customers throughout the drilling, mining and construction industries.

**During a typical workday, you’ll be performing the following tasks**:

- Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles and shipping containers.
- Slotting and retrieval of stock throughout the warehouse, both with forklifts and manually.
- Unpacking of goods.
- Picking and packing orders.
- Dispatch of goods.
- Completing some associated warehouse admin activities.

**The following qualities are essential for the job**:

- Current forklift licence - LF.
- Highly proficient forklift operating skills.
- Previous warehousing/forklift experience.
- Able to complete heavy lifting safely.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently without supervision on site, as required from time to time.
- Reliable and dedicated on the job.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 18-20 per week

**Salary**: From $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
