**Retail Store Manager**

The job entails, running the day to day of the retail shop, working hand in hand with the service department. Furthermore, managing staff, rosters, store processes, stock, ordering and display.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Previous experience is not essential, we are looking for a hard working, friendly person to run the shop. You will be supported by two previous managers to train you into the role.

Writing this job as the current manager, i can say it is a fantastic workplace. Staff are really friendly and very flexible with covering shifts, never had any issues with customers, the summer months are busy and exciting and then conversely the winters are quiet and you can very easily keep on top of work. I will be sticking around for a couple of days a week to help train and mentor the next manager if needed.

**Work hours and benefits**

The job is advertised as Full time which equates to roughly 37 hours per week. Staff are very flexible with shifts, so if you can only work 4 days, you may still be considered for the role.

Must be able to work at least one weekend, preferably Saturday from 9-2.

**Retail Sales Associate Qualifications/ Skills**:

- Excellent customer service
- Selling to customer needs
- People skills
- General math and science knowledge
- Confident communicator

**How to apply**

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
