We are not only renowned for importing and selling high-quality natural stone and a premium range of tools and equipment, but we install, service, and maintain cutting-edge stone processing machinery for customers across Australia.

Whilst we are a national company, we have a close-knit warehouse and service team that supports our customers and the wider business. We are now looking a motivated sales assistant to join our collaborative tools and equipment team.

- You will become an integral part of the CDK family where although we are a national company you will be part of a close knit Tools and Equipment team and have regular check ins with the sales manager.

**About you**
- From your time working in retail you loved giving customers an extra hand with finding a product or answering their questions. Giving people this great experience gave you the most fulfillment and you are now looking to continually make this positive impact with customers in your next role.
- You found it important to invest time into understanding about the products you were working with. Whether it was asking questions to your manager or colleagues you enjoyed learning so you could better provide customers a tailored solution.
- While you loved interacting with people, you also enjoyed the back of house work in organizing stock and had a sense of pride in presenting it neatly on the shop floor.

**About the Role**
- Responding to enquiries from builders, stonemasons, and tradespeople about tools and equipment, order status, stock availability and other related enquiries.
- Assisting the Sales Representatives by following up on quotes, invoices, and product requirements from customers who have called or enquired about their order.
- Organising and coordinating stock, as well as ensuring the showroom is neat and tidy.
- Completing customer orders by confirming the details of the order ensuring accuracy then liaising with the courier or external salesperson to arrange delivery.

**Selection Criteria**
