An Australian family-owned SME operating in the waste industry for over 25 years is seeking the services of a high achieving Sales Representative.

Your new role

Based at our St Marys depot and working as part of a motivated team your duties will include:

  • Face to face selling, proactively developing and nurturing both prospects and existing customers. Building strong relationships to grow revenue whilst utilising sales tools and maintaining the CRM system.
  • Maintain a strong understanding about product features, licensing requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Contribute to creating new methods and sales strategies to achieve KPI's and business objectives. Provide feedback and information to management regarding sales figures and goals.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Three or more years of experience in sales or customer service. Previous B2B sales experience will be highly regarded.
  • Well-presented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong focus on customer service, time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with technology including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic with a drive to succeed
