About our Client:

Our client is a leading organisation within the education sector.

They have been enjoying an exciting transformation across the organisation and as such are seeking to fill this key role within their Technology area and in particular their Data, Analytics and AI team.

This role is for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst who has a strong customer focus.


•At least 7 years experience as a Senior BA with the education industry (must have worked in this industry)


• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, requirement gathering and documentation, process design and process improvement to coordinate and deliver on strategic activities in a complex environment.


•Demonstrated experience in delivering business outcomes as part of a data, analytics and AI team.


•Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps and other project tracking tools and proficiency in Agile methodologies, e.g., scrum and kanban.


•creative problem-solving skills.


•Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership, business, and technical teams.


•Demonstrated high level critical thinking and analytical skills.


•Must have worked in Agile environment and be able to act as a Scrum Master
