Moreton Hire is a leading event and exhibition company, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager - Business Events to join our Melbourne team.

Job Description:
We are looking for an Exhibition & Event Account Manager with a proven track record in account management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to travel as needed and experience in event and project management is highly desirable. A tertiary degree is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Create and maintain strong relationships with customers to better understand and meet their needs.
  • Business Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base and sustain current accounts.
  • Project Management:
    Oversee the delivery of events, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quoting and Budget Forecasting:
    Prepare accurate quotes and forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in account management.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Event management experience (desirable).
  • Project management experience (desirable).
  • Tertiary degree (desirable).
