We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and dedicated team player to join our Business Support Team on a Full Time Basis.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative and support services across the organization.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement within the organization.
  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage requests, concerns and enquiries in a polite, efficient and professional manner.
  • Liaise with Real Estates and Property Managers.
  • Complete compliance and quality assurance tasks to ensure organization practice is in line with policy and legislative requirements.
  • Support the recruitment process to ensure timely onboarding of staff.
  • Fleet car management.
  • Process property damage & insurance claims.
  • Assist management staff with ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Assist the CEO and directors with any duties that may be required.

Reports to:

You will report to the Business Support Manager.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or relevant experience in relevant previous roles.
  • Ability to pick up systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to drive change.
  • Well developed information management and analysis skills.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to the growing needs of the organisation.
  • LCS2 clearance (or willing to obtain).
  • Paid Blue Card (or willing to obtain).
  • Open Drivers Licence.
