The Configuration Specialist optimises and manages software systems, focusing on customer data platforms. They ensure configurations align with operational needs, maintain data integrity, and support business objectives. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with experience in software configuration or implementation, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Configure and optimise software systems to ensure they meet the specific operational needs of the business. Monitor system performance and adjust configurations as needed to ensure seamless functionality and usability across all platforms.
• Implementation Support: Collaborate with project teams to assist in the smooth rollout of new software or updates. Ensure system configurations align with business goals and requirements, providing expertise during testing and implementation phases to address any potential challenges.
• Data Integrity: Maintain and monitor the accuracy, consistency, and security of data within the software systems. Regularly audit data to ensure it remains up-to-date and reliable, generating reports and insights that assist stakeholders in making informed decisions.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, analyse, and resolve any system configuration issues that may arise. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and provide solutions in a timely manner to minimise disruptions. Work with relevant teams to ensure systems function as expected and that any issues are addressed efficiently.

Skills, Attributes, And Experience

• Experience in software system configuration and customer data management platforms.
• Strong understanding of back-end system functionality and processes.
• Background in supporting software implementation projects.
• High technical aptitude and quick adaptability to new systems and tools.
• Exceptional organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience with EzyVet or similar systems would be highly desirable
