Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Transitions and Learning Disabilities Team
Location: Islington
Rate: £36.00
An exciting job role has recently become available in Islington. We are looking for a new member for their Transitions and Learning Disabilities Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a Senior Practitioner in the Transitions and Progression to Adulthood team, you will hold a small caseload of complex cases and supervise around four social workers. You must have three years of post-qualification experience and ideally experience in a senior role already.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence. You need to have post-qualified experience and a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work. Additionally, you must have three years of post-qualification experience and ideally experience in a senior role already. You will also hold a small caseload of complex cases and supervise around four social workers.
