Our client, a highly respected and established stainless steel fabricator in Melbourne's northern suburbs, is looking for a switched-on Bookkeeper & Admin All-Rounder to join their friendly team. Flexibility available for the right candidate—full-time or part-time hours considered

What You'll Do:

• Complete end-to-end bookkeeping: Reconcile bank accounts, handle AP/AR, manage loan and general ledger accounts
• Run payroll, process superannuation & leave entitlements
• Liaise directly with staff and external stakeholders
• Tackle a variety of admin and office tasks—no two days are the same

What You Bring:

• Bookkeeping or accounting qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Previous bookkeeping experience (Xero proficiency required)
• Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Exceptional communication skills—verbal and written
• High attention to detail; ability to follow procedures
• Strong organizational skills: multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach; confident working both independently and as part of a team
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in the construction industry and/or exposure to SWIMS/OHS compliance (a plus)
• Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality, always
• Can handle the pressure when strict deadlines are in play
