About Thrive ELC, Picton

Our brand-new, purpose-built centre in the Macarthur region of South West Sydney is ready to welcome you Licensed for up to 63 children from 6 weeks to 5 years, we operate Monday to Friday, 7am – 6pm, offering a warm, inviting space where children thrive.

About the Role

We're looking for a fully qualified educator to lead a room of educators. If you have a drive for programming, inspiring children, and fostering a positive learning culture, this role is perfect for you

You'll join a supportive, innovative team where your voice is valued, your ideas matter, and your leadership will make a real difference.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Deliver high-quality practice aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Collaborate positively with all team members
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and carers
  • Contribute actively to the educational program through observation, documentation, and engagement

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • A completed qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • A current NSW Employee Working With Children Check
  • Strong practical knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standard (NQS)
