This isn't your typical office job. Sure, you'll answer the phone, but you'll also be solving problems, brick-matching, processing orders, and greeting walk-ins at the Minchinbury showroom. You'll be the voice on the other end of the line for builders, tradies, and renovators… local legends who need your help finding the right product, having real conversations, and getting the job done.
You'll also get proper training (including a few days up in Gosford, with expenses covered), ongoing support, and a team that actually pulls their weight. No buzzwords, no corporate fluff.
About You
You don't need to be a brick encyclopaedia, but if you've spent time in construction, warehousing, or on the tools, you'll already have an edge.
What matters most is that you're proactive, friendly, and ready to get stuck in. Maybe you were the go-to person for product questions because you actually knew what was going on.
