This is a rare opportunity to combine sales leadership with purpose, contributing to housing solutions for Australia's over-55s community.
What You'll Do- Drive new business growth and generate qualified leads within your state
- Develop and manage a portfolio of retirement property developers and property clients
- Present compelling advertising and media solutions tailored to client goals
- Represent at industry events, meetings, and networking functions
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and report on activity using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or media/property advertising
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to uncover client needs and deliver solutions
- High level of self-motivation, accountability, and independence
- Proficiency in CRM systems and structured sales processes
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (travel allowance provided)
