What You'll Do
  • Drive new business growth and generate qualified leads within your state
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of retirement property developers and property clients
  • Present compelling advertising and media solutions tailored to client goals
  • Represent at industry events, meetings, and networking functions
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and report on activity using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or media/property advertising
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to uncover client needs and deliver solutions
  • High level of self-motivation, accountability, and independence
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and structured sales processes
  • Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (travel allowance provided)
