West Coast Care is seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Clerk / Accounts Officer to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of staff timesheets, invoice data generation, and general accounting functions that support the smooth operation of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and verify employee timesheets to ensure accurate payroll and client billing.
  • Prepare and issue client invoices on a weekly and fortnightly basis.
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records in accordance with organisational policies.
  • Provide general administrative and finance support as required.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in accounts or administration (essential).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero or MYOB) will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a friendly, supportive team.
  • Current Australian work rights.
