We are one of Australia's and New Zealand's leading medical colleges, educating future intensive care specialists. We're looking for a polished and professional Receptionist / Administrator to join the team due to an internal promotion
What you'll do:
- Create a receptive and welcoming experience for anyone contacting the College, face to face, over the phone and via inboxes.
- Manage reception, meeting rooms and building services requirements
- Work closely with CEO on administrative tasks
- Maintain member data, book travel and assist with quarterly Board meetings.
- Assist teams with administration during peak periods.
About you:
You'll be friendly, organised, and confident, with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceptional service. Prior client-facing experience is ideal coupled with administration experience. Above all you will be customer focused with the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of professional stakeholders.
You will have started your career in administration and service, or be a graduate looking to get started
You'll be comfortable with the MS Office suite.
