Medical Receptionist

About Us:
Our clinics are located in Armadale and Prahran. We have a team of 16 doctors, 5 nurses, 10 receptionists, 1 Dietitian, 1 Physiotherapist, and our team is growing

Role:
Welcoming patients, answering phones, booking appointments, processing payments and other general administration and reception duties.

Available shifts: 10am to 6pm

Best Practice Software and HotDoc experience is preferred, but not essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: $24.58 - $27.40 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prahran, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service (preferred)
- Medical admin (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
