About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to lead the operations of one of our high-profile locations in Chatswood. In this role, you'll lead by example on the sales floor—guiding and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and achieve sales targets. Acting as the go-to person during shifts, you'll support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales – Supervise and support Sales Assistants to deliver excellent service, drive sales, and achieve KPIs.
- Shift Leadership – Oversee daily team activities, allocate tasks, lead briefings, and provide on-the-spot coaching.
- Store Operations – Ensure opening/closing procedures, stock replenishment, and ticketing are carried out to standard.
- Visual Merchandising – Maintain displays, signage, price accuracy, and store presentation in line with Miniso guidelines.
- Compliance & Safety – Enforce company policies, WHS, and security processes, reporting incidents as required.
- Team Development – Guide, train, and motivate team members while fostering teamwork and positive communication.
- 1–2 years' retail experience in a senior team member or supervisory role.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to coach and motivate others.
- Solid knowledge of retail operations, stock flow, and merchandising standards.
- Confident decision-making with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
