We're on the hunt for energetic, motivated team players to join Muscle Nation over our biggest sales period of the year… Black Friday

This is a temporary casual position ideal for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You'll be working across our warehouse, returns, and customer service teams, helping us deliver the best experience possible to our customers during this busy time.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with picking, packing, and dispatching orders in the warehouse
  • Processing returns and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
  • Supporting our customer service team with enquiries if needed (email, DMs, and live chat)
  • Ensuring customers have their returns processed smoothly and on time
  • Jumping in wherever needed – we're a dynamic team and everyone pitches in
