**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our busy team at AMA Collision Tingalpa.

We are seeking a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.

Collision industry experience desirable.

Permanent position, Monday to Friday - no weekends

**Role responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
