As our Customer Sales Officer (CSO), you will play a vital role in strengthening and expanding Ready Resources' relationships with our existing client base. Your primary focus will be to drive sales growth from established clients by understanding their needs, promoting our full range of workforce and project solutions, and ensuring they continue to see Ready Resources as a trusted partner.

This role is pivotal in maintaining client satisfaction while identifying new opportunities to expand services, improve retention, and increase revenue. You will work closely with operations teams to ensure clients' requirements are delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with existing clients across mining and resources.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Ready Resources' services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by building trust and adding value to client partnerships.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work with operations and mobilisation teams to align service delivery with client needs.
  • Support recruitment and HSEQ teams by communicating client feedback and upcoming requirements.
  • Assist in developing tailored solutions for clients to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve customer retention and service quality.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in mining
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

To Be Successful, You'll Need

  • Qualifications in Business, Sales, or a related discipline (desirable).
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in mining sector.
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
