Bega Dental Practice are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our team in 2026 on the beautiful NSW South Coast. This is an exciting opportunity to live and work in one of Australia's most scenic areas.

Work-Life Balance. Enjoy a coastal lifestyle with no weekend or after-hours work. Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility can be offered for the start date.

Mentorship. For new and recent graduates, we provide a supportive and collegial environment to help you hone your skills. You'll work alongside 2 experienced dentists and another recent graduate, with opportunities for shadowing and case discussion. An experienced dentist will be available to provide guidance and assist directly with procedures as needed.

Experience. Gain extensive hands-on exposure to oral surgery, rotary endodontics, removable prosthodontics, and fixed prosthodontics including implant restorations. There will be the opportunity to observe more advanced procedures, e.g. implant surgery.

Workplace. Our QIP-accredited practice features spacious, modern surgeries. We are equipped with CBCT/OPG, intra-oral scanner, intra-oral and DSLR cameras, nitrous oxide, soft tissue laser, NSK Surgicpro 2, and Straumann implantology set-up. Our team fosters a relaxed and friendly work environment.

Remuneration. We offer 40% commission, including superannuation and minus lab fees.

About the Area

The Sapphire Coast offers an ideal coastal lifestyle with pristine beaches, and renowned hiking and cycling trails. The area is home to many musicians and artists, hosting a variety of music festivals, events, and gigs throughout the year. We are located 5.5 hours from Sydney, 3 hours from Canberra, 2.5 hours from the NSW snowfields, and 20 minutes from Merimbula airport.
