Oyster Shucker

South Coast Mariculture (SCM) is an innovative Aquaculture business. Operations began in Mussel Farming and Processing and has now expanded to include Oyster Processing.

We currently have positions available for experienced oyster shuckers for an Immediate start at our Huskisson processing facility.

Our normal processing schedule is Monday – Friday with an early start. Some flexibility may be required around high-volume processing periods of Christmas and Easter.

Criteria:


• Previous experience shucking oysters. (Preferred)


• Experience with both Sydney Rock and Pacific would be advantageous.


• Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment (Up to ~ 15Dgs) Attractive pay rates for the right candidates.
