What you'll do
- Deepen relationships with our valued and established Fresh produce customers through strategic engagement and establishing long-term, sustainable strategic value creation and growth opportunities
- Drive organic growth (services and revenue) within the existing customer base through a deeply customer-centric account management approach.
- Oversee an exceptional customer experience and robust customer-centric supply chain solutions to achieve financial and customer satisfaction targets.
- Establishing and enhancing operational and relationship management through regular face to face meetings to build long-term customer relationships.
- Identifying potential opportunities and leads based on conversations, analysis and strategic guidance from FV Business Development Manager
What you'll bring
- An FMCG and/or direct Fruit & Veg ]background with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Strong background in Supply Chain and/or Logistics including rail
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Strong Relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Flexibility to travel across VIC (weekly) and TAS (quarterly)
- A 'can-do' attitude, demonstrating high personal drive, presence, and autonomy.
