The Opportunity

We are excited to announce that we are the newly appointed JCB dealer. With nearly 100 years of operations in automotive, agricultural and truck, this new venture complements our well establised business.

We have roles available within our sales and service team. We are looking for talented and driven Sales Consultants and Technicians to join our growing team at Jacob Group of Companies' in Wodonga, VIC. These full-time roles will see you providing expert sales and technical support for our range of innovative JCB products and services. You'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving the continued success of our business.

What you'll be doing

As a Sales Consultant:

  • You will actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored sales solutions
  • Demonstrate and showcase our diverse product range, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Process customer orders and manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to aftersales support

As a Technician:

  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to customers on the installation, operation and maintenance of our products
  • Work closely with our technical team to diagnose and resolve any customer issues or queries

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the construction, agricultural or industrial equipment industry
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and demonstrate complex products
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in a technical field
