ARMAJUN ABORIGINAL HEALTH SERVICE

Armajun Aboriginal Health Service is looking to recruit a full-time, Cancer Care Coordinator.

There is currently an opportunity for a full-time, Cancer Care Coordinator, to join our team. The aim of the program is to;

·       Increase participation in cancer screening through community-led, holistic engagement and health promotion initiatives.

·       Strengthen referral pathways and service integration with local hospitals, allied health, and diagnostic services.

·       Culturally safe and accessible cancer support embedded across the continuum of care, improving patient outcomes.

·       empowered communities with increased cancer knowledge and reduced stigma, through peer led support networks and education.

Ideally you will have a background in Nursing or a similar field, however this is not essential
