About the Role 

Be the heartbeat of our Brisbane office You'll shape culture, plan events, support onboarding, and keep operations running smoothly. Perfect for someone organised, people-focused, and ready to make things happen in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, connected office culture by coordinating team events, celebrations, and initiatives that align with Lucid's national calendar and values.

  • Oversee daily office operations managing budgets, supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships to keep everything running efficiently.

  • Improve processes and systems to boost productivity, consistency, and alignment with Lucid's national administrative standards.

  • Collaborate with leaders and building management to anticipate and resolve office or facility matters quickly and effectively.

  • Plan ahead for team growth and transitions, coordinating hardware, workspace, and system access for onboarding and offboarding.

  • Deliver a smooth onboarding experience by running engaging "Welcome to Lucid" inductions and ensuring new starters feel supported from day one.

  • Builds strong relationships with leaders, colleagues, and building management, handling issues with professionalism and care.
