Peloton WorkReady has a head office in Perth in addition to offices in Philippines and Dubai. We are looking to expand to Australia's East Coast. We have an amazing track record of end-to-end service and a client list to die for. We are the largest supplier of Filipino labour to Australia, having deployed more than 13,000 people over 20 years.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Rep to drive the New South Wales business. We will provide lead generation, but you will also be expected to develop your own client base.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within all sectors.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and networking.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients
  • Developing a solid understanding of our overseas recruitment process along with the various visa options available
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations.

Requirements:

  • High school qualifications are essential, and degrees will be considered, but your attitude and energy are what matter most.
  • You've got a proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key, along with the ability to solve problems and negotiate. You've got a technical aptitude with attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow within our business.

Additional requirements:

  • You must be willing to travel within New South Wales and interstate as needed, with the potential for international travel.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
