About the Role

This role entails an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate individual to join our growing team and assist in providing exceptional expertise and technical services to our growing client base.

You will be responsible for providing trusted technical expertise & support to our existing customers' technology infrastructure, deploying solutions and providing assistance delivering various infrastructure projects with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in providing IT support & troubleshooting to corporate & SME clients, ideally in the MSP space.
  • Outstanding oral and written skills and effective communication (Expert proficiency in English is a requirement)
  • Impeccable Documentation skills
  • Logical thought process, skilled in solving problems on the fly
  • Experience and demonstrated ability administering and troubleshooting cloud-based enterprise technologies (Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, GCP, AWS)
  • Microsoft Online Infrastructure experience (365, SharePoint, Azure AD/Entra, InTune)
  • Server Administration experience (Microsoft Server, VMWare, Hyper-V)
  • Experience in Network design, configuration, provisioning and troubleshooting (Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VLAN, WAN, WLAN)
  • Disaster Recovery Solution Implementation, Support and Management experience (Azure Backup, Datto BCDR, Checkpoint, Acronis Cloud)
  • Thorough understanding of Cybersecurity principals, processes and best-practices including ability to deploy, assess and respond to security events (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification well regarded)
  • Current Australian Driver's License

Additional Skills (Highly Valued)

  • Experience with MSP PSA tools and/or ticketing systems (Autotask or Connectwise)
  • Experience with RMM tools and capabilities (Datto RMM, Solarwinds N-Able, Atera or other)
  • Certifications highly regarded (CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft 365/Azure/Security Certifications, Azure Admin (AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-800), CCNA, ITIL Foundation)
  • Coding & Automation experience valued but not essential (PowerShell, VBScript, Python)
