Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a customer-focused Administration Assistant, who's ready to jump in, get organised and help keep our office running smoothly and our clients feeling looked after.

You'll often be the first point of contact for new and existing customers – the friendly voice on the phone, the quick reply in the inbox, and the calm, capable presence behind the scenes.

From coordinating jobs to keeping on top of admin, you'll be the link between our field team, suppliers and clients – making sure everything flows the way it should.

It's a role that blends organisation with personality – perfect for someone who takes pride in great service and getting things done right.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact – answer calls, respond to emails and support customers with professionalism and care
  • Create, schedule and manage jobs in ServiceM8
  • Process invoices, purchase orders and supplier accounts
  • Assist with quotes, timesheets and payroll administration
  • Keep the office humming - organised, stocked and running efficiently

What You'll Bring

  • Solid administration or customer service experience (trade/construction industry a plus)
  • Confident with tech, cloud-based systems and quick to pick up new systems (Google, ServiceM8, Xero or similar will earn you extra credit)
  • Have a sharp eye for detail, proactive and a can-do attitude
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and with a friendly tone that reflects who we are
  • A genuine interest in helping people and supporting a team
