Audi Centre Perth is offering an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated New Vehicle Sales Team as a Finance and Insurance Assistant.

The position provides a great opportunity for the right candidate to be trained by our Finance and Insurance Manager. Initially you will be responsible for compiling and verifying loan documentation, building you towards a long-term career pathway within the Automotive Industry as a Finance and Insurance Manager.

The successful applicant needs to be motivated and driven as an upper quartile performer with good communication skills and can work effectively as a Team Player.

What the role involves?

  • Analysing and verifying supporting loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage customer expectations during application process through inbound and outbound interactions, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction whilst maintaining Service Level requirements.
  • Proactively keep customers and sales staff informed of loan progress, outcomes completing follow up calls to progress loan applications to settlement as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing continuous improvement and process enhancements.
  • Compliance with privacy laws
