Nastic Gymnastics is expanding beyond gymnastics — and we're looking for a dynamic Fitness Instructor to lead adult movement classes at our beautiful new venue in Wentworth Point.

If you're passionate about functional movement, HIIT, flexibility, core strength, and light-weight training, and love building community through movement — this role is for you.

About the Role

You'll be designing and delivering group classes that focus on:

  • HIIT and strength circuits (low to medium impact)
  • Mobility and flexibility
  • Core and posture work
  • Confidence, control, and wellbeing through movement

We're especially interested in someone who can bring energy to our adult clients (including parents of gymnasts) and support our broader vision of a movement space for all ages.

What We're Looking For

  • Certified Fitness Instructor, PT, Pilates, or Yoga coach
  • Experience in running group fitness or functional training classes
  • Confident, clear communicator with a motivating presence
  • Friendly, professional and able to adjust for different ages and fitness levels
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bonus: background in dance, gymnastics, or flexibility work
