About the role

Own the product data process from creation to integrations. You'll lead OEM aftermarket mapping, attributes, kits/BOMs, and the flows that push clean data into ERP, website, and analytics. While the role sits in Supply Chain, you'll do ad hoc product reporting for the Director of sales and support the IT & Data manager with escalated data queries.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Product Data (Core)

• Build and maintain cross-reference links (OEM → aftermarket).

• Govern and Maintain products, product categories, and all attributes.

• Model and maintain kits/BOMs

• Identify product and category gaps

Fleet & Web Catalogues

• Fleet data management: own Make/Model/Year mappings, critical spares sets.

• Web-to-part listings: govern website product listings, filters, search; ensure data parity between ERP web.

Data Quality, Systems & Integrations

• Run ongoing data quality checks across Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations; fix issues at source.

• Orchestrate & Maintain pipelines to sync product data, raise DQ alerts.

• Maintain export/import processes and API/connector jobs between ERP, website.

Collaboration

• Partner with Sales/Service for rapid OEM → aftermarket answers.

• Work with Procurement on product lifecycle.

• Deliver ad-hoc product analysis and decision support for the Highgate Sales Director.

• Support the IT & Data Manager with escalated data tasks.

Key Skills & Experience

• 2–3+ years in product data, supply chain analytics, or product data management.

• Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel/Power Query proficiency.

• Power Automate (Power Platform), Microsoft Azure Data Factory or Fabric desired experience.

• Production or Manufacturing, BOMs/kits, attribute governance, and data standards.

• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or similar ERP) experience desirable.

• Industry background (automotive, aftermarket) is a plus—but we'll prioritise those who can own the product data lifecycle.

• Detail-driven, systematic, and comfortable turning messy data clean.

What Success Looks Like (6–12 months)

• OEM aftermarket coverage and fleet mappings are accurate.

• Attributes and kits/BOMs are standardised; web listings reflect ERP truth.

• Automated flows replace manual handling; data issues are caught by alerts, not customers.
