About the role

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with experience in healthcare systems? My Implant Dentist is looking for a Data Analyst / Implementation Officer to lead our transition to new software solutions and optimize their usage.

We are implementing a new Practice Management Software and CRM system.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing the benefits of these platforms. You will train staff, monitor usage, generate insightful data, and continuously improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of the new software
  • Optimize call list generation for patient follow-ups
  • Analyse call quality and suggest improvements
  • Generate data insights for email retargeting and marketing
  • Train and support staff to ensure seamless adoption

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in healthcare technology or practice management software
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to train and support teams effectively
  • Knowledge of CRM, call monitoring, and reporting tools (preferred)
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset
