We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst for a leading IT consulting client in Sydney. Our client is a dynamic and growing consulting firm with a focus on delivering innovative digital solutions to leading banks, ASX -listed companies, and government agencies. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with our clients, including leading banks, ASX -listed companies, and government agencies, to collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading internal initiatives to develop and improve our data analysis practice. Some of the key responsibilities are to:Lead data analysis projects for clients and provide data -driven solutionsWork with clients to identify areas for improvement and communicate data insights to both technical and non -technical stakeholdersLead internal initiatives to develop and improve our data analysis practiceMentor and train junior data analystsContinuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data analysis methods and techniques RequirementsBachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field7+ years of experience in a data analyst role, with at least 2 years in a lead or management roleStrong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniquesProficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.)Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikViewStrong problem -solving and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits• Our emphasis on PeopleCulture, including training• Our commitment toDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
