You must be an Australian Citizen to apply due to Defence clearance requirements.
What's on Offer
- $145k - $155k TFR (includes super) dependent on skillset and experience
- Vehicle provided for site visits and all travel paid
- Monday to Friday (reasonable overtime to accommodate SHEQ responsibilities)

Your Impact
As the Senior SHEQ Advisor you will –
- Lead the implementation of SHEQ Management Plans across major contracts
- Drive compliance with legislation, standards, and best practices
- Due diligence to ensure the projects are set up for success
- Build sound relationships to effectively manage subcontractors
- Facilitate risk workshops and safety training that truly engage teams
- Investigate incidents and deliver actionable insights
- Champion mental and physical wellbeing programs
- Mentor SHEQ Advisors and collaborate with delivery teams, regulators and clients
What you will Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Environment or Quality
- ICAM investigation training (preferred)
- Lead auditor training (preferred)
- Current drivers licence and construction white card
- Strong experience in industrial safety, ideally within utilities or infrastructure
- A collaborative mindset and ability to influence across all levels
- Integrity, resilience and drive for excellence
- Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and meet tight deadlines
