High Intensity Carer – Support a High-Acuity Client in Their Home

At Vitalis Health & Home Care, we're seeking passionate and skilled carers to join our team and provide exceptional care for a client with complex medical needs. This role is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life while building a fulfilling career.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing one to one in home care to a client with complex care needs which include tracheostomy care and ventilator management, ensuring the client's safety and comfort at home.
  • Work a variety of shifts across a rotating 24/7 roster in the comfort of the clients home.
  • Enjoy support from a clinical nurse educator and fully trained after hours support team so that you are well support 24 hours a day.

What We're Looking For:

Clinical Expertise:Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is highly desirable but willingness to upskill is available.

Confidence in managing complex medical needs in a home setting or a clinical environment.

Professionalism and Reliability: A dedicated carer who takes pride in delivering high-quality support.

Driving Capability:A valid driver's license or willingness to commute to Sydneys Eastern Suburbs. 

AvailabilityThis roster is a 24/7 rotating roster across three different shifts, you must have full or part time availability.

Empathy and Connection:Someone who builds meaningful relationships and approaches care with understanding and respect.
