What You'll Be Doing (and the Impact You'll Have):
Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our project delivery, contributing to success through:

  • Project Leadership: Guiding our direct work crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships and managing expectations to keep projects on track.
  • Performance Excellence: Monitoring progress, ensuring project controls are robust, and driving efficiency.
  • Commercial Acumen: Overseeing contract administration and financial reporting to ensure commercial success.
  • Mentorship & Development: Leading and nurturing the next generation of engineers, from Project Engineers to Grads.
  • Strategic Input: Gaining exposure to work winning and pre-contracts, contributing to our future successes.
  • Quality & Compliance: Upholding our high standards through robust MDR management and adherence to ISO 9001 and ROBAR's IMS.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • A Civil Engineering Degree with 6+ years of hands-on experience in civil construction.
  • Significant experience navigating and managing stringent client specifications.
  • Exceptional communication, client relationship, and contract management skills.
  • A genuine passion for continuous learning and career progression.
  • Demonstrable experience in detailed civil works, drainage, structural concrete, and earthworks – experience in the renewables sector will be highly regarded.
  • The flexibility and readiness for FIFO/DIDO works on a 14:7 roster, or a regular week supporting our national footprint.
