Bergmans Isuzu UTE, a rapidly growing dealership located in Rockingham, is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Vehicle Sales Manager or Senior Salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a member of the Bergmans Auto Group, a successful, privately owned company, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and contributing to our ongoing success.

You'll be working closely with the Sales Manager, taking a lead role in growing the vehicle sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales department while reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
  • Drive sales performance, ensuring achievement of internal performance targets.
  • Foster a positive and motivated team culture through leadership, mentoring, and development.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive continuous growth and success.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Management or a High Experienced Salesperson role, ideally within a franchised new vehicle dealership.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of dealership sales operations and management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • A focus on customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
