The Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Bibra Lake. With a portfolio covering multiple states and territories, the purpose of the role is to drive portfolio wide brand management activities, providing input and customisation to ensure relevancy for each region's business strategy, targets and market sector. As a key influencer in building momentum in Pressure Dynamic's online brand presence. The Marketing Coordinator will interface directly with the management to learn and develop an understanding of Pressure Dynamic's services in oil and gas, mining, infrastructure, defense and the power services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing brand awareness strategies to build visibility and authority across all digital channels Nationally.

  • Planning, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns;

  • Create, maintain and update templates, controlled documents, and marketing materials to align with brand guidelines.

  • Content creation for client and internal newsletters and social channels;

  • Managing, and overseeing content upload across all social channels;

  • Assist in executing digital support for marketing plans;

  • Website Content improvement and development;

  • Maintain a pulse on the digital landscape, i.e., trends, competitor movements, consumer behaviour, and market positioning;

  • Proactively manage strong relationships with external agencies, stakeholders, and third-party partners;

  • Develop and report on marketing and community engagement;

  • Planning and supporting at events and exhibitions;

  • Organise the filing of all digital marketing materials and correspondence;

  • Liaise with Operations and Product Specialists regularly to ensure service ranges are captured in their entirety and accurately;

  • Supported by the Commercial and Strategy Manager maintaining budgets and spend; Coordinate and report on SEO, Google Analytics, and AdWords campaigns.

  • Carry out other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by Line Manager;

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 2 -3 years' experience in a similar role

  • Degree in Marketing; or

  • Diploma in Marketing and relevant work experience.

  • Proficient with MS Office applications.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable

  • Experience and/or knowledge in the mining, oil & gas, or engineering sectors

  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms

  • Experience with CMS (e.g Wordpress) and HTML

  • Experience managing website content uploads/activity/updates/enhancements

  • Experience with graphic design

  • Use of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics

  • Experience with creating B2B content on company LinkedIn page
