We're looking for apprentices to join our team.

You can join our team from any stage — whether you're an 18-year-old finishing High school or someone seeking a career change.

Our team are seeking individuals with the curiosity to learn, the physical ability to climb on roofs and under houses and the guts to get tired and dirty. While the work can be challenging—requiring physical effort and on-the-spot problem-solving—the rewards are significant.

For this, we have a dedicated team of senior mechanical plumbers who grow our business and continue to mentor apprentices to reach their full potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Hands-On Learning: Work alongside experienced professionals to install HVAC systems. This isn't a desk job; you'll be on your feet, tackling real problems every day.
  • Problem Solving: Each job presents unique challenges. You'll develop critical thinking and troubleshooting skills that are highly valued in the trade.
  • Physical Demands: Be prepared for a physically demanding role that includes lifting, climbing, and working in our unpredictable Melbourne weather.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate closely with your team to ensure high-quality service and efficient job completion. Together, you'll tackle challenges and celebrate successes.

  • Physical Stamina: The job can be physically demanding and involves working in different weather conditions—you'll need to be able to handle this to succeed.
  • Basic Skills: Any tool knowledge and skills are valuable
  • Team Spirit: Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success.

Requirements:

  • Current Driver's License and own car
  • Must not be afraid of heights or confined spaces - This is an important safety consideration.
