JDR Ross Energy are partnered with a global leader in the Renewable Energy space with over 20 years experience specialising in Solar, Wind and BESS. We are looking for an experienced Asset/O&M Manager to manage a large utility scale 330MW BESS project.

Key Responsibilities* Contract management and leading the pre contract communication and negotiations for O&M

* Resource management (in house & maintenance work) while preparing documentation in relation to O&M and ensuring proper contract execution and document filing

* Familiarity in O&M procedures and system operations, more specifically CMMS systems and HSE reporting

* Skilled in compliance documentation and WHS regulations

* Stakeholder management between Asset Owners and Subcontractors

Requirements

* Bachleors degree in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Automation, Power systems or related field

* Experience with O&M management of BESS or Renewable Projects

* Excellent literary skills behind reviewing documents, writing and capable of preparing contracts and documents in relation to O&M

* Deep understanding of system architecture, analysis of faults and providing on site troubleshooting and guidance

* Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and willingness to travel as required.

* Management experience with TNSP's & AEMO
