We're looking for a passionate, skilled Baker who loves working with dough, values quality and consistency, and enjoys being part of a positive, supportive team.

About You

  • Experienced in sourdough baking and comfortable with all stages of bread production.
  • Reliable, organised, and a strong communicator.
  • A true team player who takes pride in quality and precision.
  • Flexible and available to work weekends.

Hours & Pay

  • Day shifts only: typically 8 am – 4 pm or 9 am – 5 pm.
  • Full-time position with salary based on experience + superannuation.
  • South Brisbane location with a great team culture and long-term opportunities.
