We're looking for a proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to take charge of our warehouse and make it your own. Your Role: Own the Space, Drive the Flow

You'll be the go-to person for all things warehouse-related, responsible for:

  • Receiving goods and verifying stock against purchase orders
  • Logging inventory and following receipting procedures
  • Organising and labelling stock for technician delivery
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient
  • Coordinating returns and managing labelled goods
  • Monitoring stock levels and reordering when needed
  • Handling ad hoc tasks like tidying bays, sorting steel/copper, or outdoor clean-ups
  • Performing minor repairs and maintenance (a bonus if you're handy)

What You Bring
  • Experience in warehouse, stores, trade supply, or site logistics
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own task list
  • Familiarity with Simpro or Safety Culture (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail, especially for inventory and returns
  • Forklift licence
  • Bonus: Handy with tools or able to do minor repairs
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
